On December 2, the 2020 ANPOR-APCA Virtual Annual Conference and AJPOR Webinar Workshop was held online. The theme of the conference of this year was “Measuring, Understanding, and Communicating Public Opinion in Unprecedented Times”.

 

The event was organized by Asian Network for Public Opinion Research (ANPOR), Asia-Pacific Communication Alliance (APCA), the Center for Asian Public Opinion Research & Collaboration Initiative (CAPORCI) and Institute of Social Science (ISS) of Chungnam National University.

 

In the past year, although the COVID-19 pandemic limited physical mobility, unhindered and expansive communication channels have been facilitating the transfer of knowledge across continents. The conference arranged a special panel on Public Opinion Research in the COVID-19 Era to reviewed the public opinion on global issues.
